Story

We are two brothers who are very passionate about fitness and it will be our dream to open up our own gym to help everyone reach their fitness goals.

The charity we will be supporting and raising awareness for is Dementia

Our grandfather was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia this year and we have watched this disease take away his independence and its been heart breaking.
As he is still very active there are no day centres that are willing to take him in for the day as they don't have any facilities to stimulate him and I am sure he is not the only one in this position!!

So this is where we will come in. We will hold a weekly class for people suffering with Dementia to attend where we will do fitness classes and let them socialize and feel part of the community again.

We will arrange events such as sponsored walks/runs where Dementia sufferers can take part along with their carers and family and friends and make memories for their loved ones.

We want to make a difference and to do this we need your help

Our gym will also welcome everyone from all different backgrounds who all share the same love and passion for body building and living a healthy lifestyle.

Our aim is to raise £2500 as this will cover some of the costs (for example the gym equipment, and training required ) in order to start our journey.

Any donations will be very much appreciated and we would be ever so grateful of your support!!

Love It's Just Iron :)
