Story

I cycled Land's End to John O'Groats in 2017 as a complete novice cyclist but this year I am returning to what was my 1st mental health charity cycling fundraiser but this time for my organisation #ItsWorthTalkingAbout.

Cycling really has brought me so far in life and to be a founder of my own mental health (charity status pending) is something I never imagined would ever happen in the dark days when I struggled to get out of bed never mind ride the length of Britain and twice Around it.

So for everyone thats ever felt hopeless, like life can't go on I want to share this with you.

Things can get better and I'm proof of that.

On this 14 day ride I will be supporting and be supported by several riders from Pedal Britain and as always I'll be sharing my/our progress on Re-Cycle Yourself #ryanrides so please follow and donate what you can to #ItsWorthTalkingAbout.

#ItsWorthTalkingAbout currently runs 14 talking therapy peer support groups for both men and women in the Bradford and surrounding areas and we are keen to expand and like this ride support people across the whole of England, Scotland and Wales
