I'm raising £5,000 to help create a sustainable operational future for steam engine Ivatt 2 No. 46443, raising funds and using heritage skills to bring it back into working order as a reliable and economical part of the heritage rail tourism industry. Most of the restoration work will be carried out by volunteers.

Our engine is currently on display in the Engine House Visitor Centre at Highley on the Severn Valley Railway in Shropshire. Please come and visit us, stand on the footplate of this lovely engine and imagine yourself as the volunteer driver or fireman of the future.
