Annwyl Deulu a Ffrindiau

Dydd Sul y 12fed of fis Awst mi fydd Iwan Bonds yn cystadlu yn y “Big Brutal Swim” yn Llyn Padarn Llanberis Gogledd Cymru.

Mae yna 3 gwahanol ras, 2.5km, 5.0km, a 10.0km yn y 6ed Llyn dyfna yng Ngymru. Mae Iwan wedi dewis nofio yn y ras 5.0km 3 milltir ag wedi bod yn ymarfer yn galed er mwyn gwasgu’n ol i fewn iw “wet suit".

Mae o wedi dewis cystadlu er mwyn codi arain tuag at Ygol y Gogarth Llandudno er mwyn helpu tuag at archebu “mini bws” gyda tail lift I adael y disgyblion gael diwrnodau allan werth chweil.

Dear Family and Friends

On Sunday the 12th of August 2018, Iwan Bonds will be competing in the Big Brutal Swim in Llyn Padarn Llanberis North Wales.

Competitors will have to swim either 2.5km or 5.0km or 10.0km, the 6th deepest lake in Wales. Iwan has chosen the easier option of the 5.0km or 3 miles and has been training hard to get back into his wet suit.

Iwan has chosen to compete in this event to raise money for Ysgol y Gogarth Llandudno who are looking to purchase a new mini bus with a tail lift so that pupils can enjoy days out
