Ipswich Wanderers Under 18's team have been awarded a grant from The British Heart Foundation to install a defibrillator at our local football ground, Ipswich Wanderers FC. This is a vital piece of equipment which could save many lives. The defibrillator would also be accessible to the local community should an emergency arise requiring the use of a defibrillator.
In order for The British Heart Foundation to provide us with the equipment, we need to raise a minimum of £600 towards the cost..... (we will then need to source and pay for a cabinet to house it in)
As a community club, we are not government funded, but rely upon the support of those who play for the club, subscriptions, our teams supporters and local business sponsorship.
Please help us to reach our target so that we can make sure we are prepared in the case of an emergency......even if 1 life is saved it is worth every single penny!
