I've raised £500 to support students of Kalpohin Kamaria School in Northern Region of Ghana with educational materials.

Hi Friends,
My name is Vanessa Nyamenae, a Sixth Form student in the United Kingdom.
I am raising funds to support Inspiring Young Achievers Network (IYAN) Africa, a registered Non Profit Organisation in Ghana which seeks to change, nurture and transform the African Youth to achieve their ambitions.
Over the years, they have provided over 10,000 students, teachers and community members in 17 communities in Ghana with educational materials, mentoring , health outreaches and relevant skills training to the unemployed youth to enable them develop their employability skills and have sustainable lives.
In November 2018, their team was contacted by Lawrence, a teacher at Kalpohin Kamaria School located in Tamale, Northern Region of Ghana to support students of the school with some educational materials, school uniforms and backpacks.
Through the help of some family, friends and acquaintances, they have been able to sew 80 school uniforms in addition to some backpacks donated by iCare charity in Northern Ireland.
I am organising a short fundraiser to purchase some additional educational materials which will be donated to these students on the 28th of November ,2020.
Any amount donated will go a long way to help these students.
I’ll be grateful if you can support me by donating and/or sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family and acquaintances.
At the top is a YouTube link that shares some more information about the project and the Organisation's website.
Please find below the wish list of the students (and prices in GBP £)that need to be purchased.
Thank you for Giving!
UPDATE: We have reached our target amount of £500! Thank you all for your donations! Your support has been extremely overwhelming! But what is life without a challenge? We can do more than £500! Every surplus donation will go a long way to fund subsequent projects for IYAN Africa!
