We are a group of 14 young people who are taking part in in the NCS programme and for our action plan we would like to help a local charity. We are aiming to fundraise for the charity 'If You Care Share' who support those who suffer mental health. Figures of those who suffer from mental health are increasing rapidly so we would like to raise awareness of the charity and make sure people are aware that there is help available if they need it. To do this we will do a sponsored walk to raise the money. All proceeds we raise will go directly to the charity!
