Thomas is 4 years old and has cerebral palsy. He is unable to stand or walk independently. He needs SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy) surgery to increase his chances of walking.
Unfortunately, the NHS has decided to withdraw funding for SDR surgery.
