I am hoping to visit Nepal in April 2019 to complete a series of challenges to help those less fortunate than myself. The trip is organised by my school and I will be involved in a series of pre - arranged activities including teaching which I hope will be most beneficial to each of the organisations we visit. I need to raise £3,100 by January 2019 to be able to attend, this total will enable me to attend this 19 day expedition.

My schedule includes: Visiting and helping at the 'Days for Girls' Centre and the Yala Button Factory, Creating a Right4Children project and teaching at the Child Friendly Schools project. On this trip we will be meeting and working with NGO's such as Shakti - Samuha; it is the first non - profit organisation to be run by human trafficking survivors, their goals are to establish a progressive society, devoid of trafficking and other kinds of violence against women.

During my school holidays I will be embarking on a range of challenges to help others, to get fit for this expedition and to raise additional funds if possible for the charities I will be visiting. I will also be donating all cash presents I may receive from Christmas and my birthday to help towards the cause.

To be able to attend this expedition would be a life changing experience and if I attend I will be sure to make the most of this amazing opportunity.
