I’m attempting to run the Raad ny foillan in September to raise money for charities close to mine and the manx communities heart. I started running during the lockdowns as a way to help cope and soon developed a love for it, especially fell running. I’ve managed to get my fitness to a level where I know I can do these challenges, I know I will get it done it’s just about preparing my body. The furthest I’ve ran in one go is 47 miles so this will be a big challenge for me with it being just under 100. Running has given me so much and I want to help the local community in any I can by making use of what I have.

Anthony nolan will be the charity that’ll receive the most as it is closest to my heart. I lost my dad to leukemia when I was younger, so I know how devastating cancer can be. I will then spilt the remaining money between the other 4.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated by me but more importantly by the charities and the people who need them most.
