I am running the Sandringham Half Marathon on June 16th to raise money for both the ICU unit and Denver ward at the hospital in Kings Lynn. As some people may know my mum was taken to hospital and placed in Denver ward before needing to be transferred into the Intensive Care Unit. She has now been moved back to Denver ward and is on the mend however the care and support that she has recieved on both wards can not be faulted. This is why I have chosen to run this for those two wards because they have been supportive for us as a family and my mum through this whole time and I feel that it is only right to give back to those who have helped my mum when she needed it most!
