Story
As many of you will know, on Monday 30th July we sadly lost Philip Geoffrey 'Chippy' Lumsdale after he sadly took his own life.
I am wanting to set up a just giving page for a couple of reasons and the money received will be given to the below.
The donations received will be given to the Intensive Therapy Unit at the University Hospital of North Durham where the staff in that department did an absolutely fantastic job of looking after him and allowing everyone to come in and see him. I know some people give the NHS a bad name and are under scrutiny, but they have proven everyone wrong and I would like donations to go to them for the things that they are doing now and to help them in the future.
If you are able to donate a small amount that would be appreciated.
Thank you.
