hello, my name is jack and i have a son with a rare disease called duchenne muscular dystrophy. he's had this disability for around 10 years and it only seems to be getting worse and worse.
the money i am trying to raise will go towards a room which will independently help him get out of bed and into his electric wheel chair
and feel as if he wont need us all the time.
Also the money will be spent to go to a wash room that can help him cleaning himself e.g a shower and a toilet which cleans for him.
if i could could get the money for my son then it will make me feel proud and happy for my son that he can be independent without me.
