I've raised £1500 to Rehabilitate refugees in Hong Kong through running

My first ever Horizontal, Trail & Vertical Marathons
My longest running distance to date is a measly 13.1 mile Half Marathon! What a load of rubbish!
As part of this fundraising drive, I'll be setting new PB distances on flats, stairs and hills:
#1 Warm up fun race! 5km Spartan Sprint obstacle course run, including mud and electrocution... Saturday 10 November, New Territories Hong Kong .
#2 Running up 81 flights of stairs! Yes you read that correctly! Vertical Marathon 81 floor sprint up the ICC Hong Kong, Hong Kong's tallest building and the 11th tallest building in the world, Kowloon Hong Kong , Sunday 2 December.
#3 My first ever competitive trail race, cross country up and down hills. China Coast Half Marathon, Sai Kung. Hong Kong. Sunday 20 January.
#4 My first ever Full Marathon! Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, Hong Kong, Sunday 17 February.
Refugees in Hong Kong
Having recently moved to Hong Kong, I was surprised and disappointed to discover that only 0.6% of all asylum seekers arriving in Hong Kong are awarded refugee status.
Just like in the UK, refugees in Hong Kong don't have the right to work or to formal education. This can lead to years of deprivation and isolation for desperate individuals striving for an existence in the world's most expensive city.
RUN Hong Kong are a fantastic charity helping to support refugees in Hong Kong by providing running, leadership, study and mentoring workshops.
R.U.N Hong Kong. Rebuild. Unite. Nurture.
Rehabilitating refugees in Hong Kong through running.
R.U.N HK work with vulnerable refugees to support them to:
1. REBUILD THEIR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL STRENGTH
2.UNITE AS A COMMUNITY AND WITH THE LOCAL HONG KONG COMMUNITY
3. NURTURE EACH OTHER THROUGH SPORT, FOOD, FRIENDSHIP AND EDUCATION
