Story
My friend has severe bleeds due to being a heamophiliac an electric wheelchair would give him back some independence and quality of life . He has applied for grants to access one to no avail so on seeing this wheelchair on a selling page and speaking to the owner who is prepared to wait for me to raise the funds I decided to take matters into my own hands ! If the government had paid out realistic compensation instead of pitiful ex gratia payments to victims of contaminated blood this appeal would not be necessary . Please help by giving what you can no matter how small and sharing this appeal on all media sites . Thankyou from the bottom of my heart
