Sceptical Scot s a non-tribal forum for passionate, informed debate. It is for all who care about Scotland’s future. We aim to provide well-researched, polemical, thought-provoking writing. So far it has been entirely self-funded. Most of the writers don’t get paid. Some get a small fee. We would like to be able to commission and pay for pieces from young journalists.
