    Story

Jackie's drop-in is a community centre for people with learning disabilities. It was founded in 2012 by Jackie Nealon, as a carer she realised that after her care duties had finished, the vulnerable adults in her care had nowhere else to go. Seeing this she took it upon herself to set up a community centre for these individuals to spend their time in a safe, caring environment. She now has 350+ members of this community under her care. She now needs a disabled lift requiring significant work to allow the less able individuals access to the 2nd floor. This would make a significant impact on their lives and the overall draw to the centre. This is the only centre like this in the Herts, Beds and Bucks area, that is entirely non-profit.
please support our effort to raise funds for a lift.
