Today whilst playing in a charity football tournament, Jack started suffering with his asthma. As his condition worsened,he got to the point of being unconscious, having a weak pulse and no longer breathing. Through the heroics of Ashley Buck performing C.P.R for around ten minutes which proved to be vital for jack to stay alive whilst the ambulance arrived. After being taken away and having more episodes on his way to hospital and being took to intensive care, we have now been delighted to find jack is now gaining a more stable condition and is now improving.

Now Eastfield Athletic want to give back to jack, he came to support a charity and raise money to end up having a very traumatic day which will be very hard forget. We want to raise money for jack to support him and give him something to smile about. Any help is appreciated and every little bit will help get jack something he can appreciate.
