Story

Paul (known as Jacko to many of us) needs a mobility scooter now to improve his quality of life. He can only use his crutches for short distances and is getting less safe on these. Paul lives alone and can't afford to buy a scooter. We want to help him to ensure he can stay as independent as possible.

Paul is well known through supporting Swindon Town FC home and away for many years and helping organise the Swindon Supporters In London Association in the late 80's & 90's . He's seen fairly often on the TV highlights programme waving his crutch close to the touchline either in celebration or consternation at the Robin's efforts as he sits in the disabled enclosure in the Arkells stand. But getting to the ground is gettng harder as well as just getting his shopping, getting to the doctors etc. Paul lives with chronic pain but tries to always keep a smile on his face and make sure everyone else has a good time.

Any money we raise will go directly to Paul. Lets face it, STFC needs all the fans they can get and we also want to say thanks to him for being such a top bloke!
