I've raised £8415 to Fund the repatriation and Funeral of Jack Walker

Rest In Peace The Great Jack Walker 16/09/1958 - 28/08/2017
I am saddened to confirm that On the morning of Monday 28th August 2017 our beloved Jack Walker was taken away from us and he is now waiting to make his final journey home, so his family can lay him to rest after his long battle of neglect and breaches of Human Rights, Disability Rights, Diabetes Type 1 Rights and complete denial of the Right to Quality of life.
After 6 years of Jack fighting for his life with all the obstacles that he faced on a day to day basis, they have finally killed him, so we must pull together so The Great Jack Walker can finally Rest In Peace, this should not have happened, he was looking forward to coming home, But because of years of torture, we are so saddened and so sorry to say, he lost his very hard battle. They can not hurt our Lovely Jack anymore.
We fear they are trying to cover this up, but we have a full and complete record of the neglect and the action or practice of inflicting severe pain on someone as a punishment or in order to force them to do or say something. the infliction of pain, abuse, torment, ill treatment, maltreatment, malpractice, harsh treatment = TORTURE.
Please help us get justice for Jack and please help us say goodbye to our beloved friend.
The family have been sending money for Jacks survival and equipment for 6 years and this has left them in no fit way to get Jack the outcome and respect he deserves.
We are now raising funds to honour his wishes to bring him home to cremate him at The Southern Cemetery Crematorium where his lovely Mum and Dad were both cremated.
We are raising money for:
Mortuary fees 28/08/2017 <> 17/09/2017 = £145.78
Mortuary fees 18/09/2017 <> 01/10/2017 = £97.19
Autopsy = £222.14
Repatriation £7,950
and any UK funeral costs once he is back on home soil.
Total to raise for Jacks Final Journey Home = £8,415.11
The costs that we must raise have been given as estimations from quotes to the family from the UK Gov and the repatriation service that will be in charge of bringing his body back.
All donations are welcome via this page towards Jacks final journey home.
Thank you for reading.
We will always remember you Jack and you will always be in our hearts and in our minds with that lovely smile of your FOREVER.
