Jack is a Persian cat suffering with hydrocephalus this condition affects his motor skills and mobility and vets have advised a brain shunt operation could drastically change his life. He suffers from poor balance which results in him falling back and crying whenever he sneezes and walks into walls constantly as well as being unable to jump and play like a normal cat which is heartbreaking.

We want the best for jack and for him to have a fulfilling full life but the costs of this surgery are just not feasible. His family have already cut back on food and other necessities to try to save up money for this life changing operation but are still so far off the target.
