I've raised £500 to send Jack to the 24th World Scout Jamboree in North America 2019

My name is Jack Dunn and I am one of 24 young scouts from Unit 26 of Greater London South West, that have been lucky enough to be selected to attend the World Scout Jamboree in 2019 in North America. This is a life changing journey that very few people get the chance to participate in. The opportunity is not just about the North America trip, it is about the journey that will get me there along the way!
I need to raise £2695 in order to go and am setting small targets to reach across the next 12 months - the first of which this page is for - £500.
Fundraising is a huge element of my journey and this along with meeting with another 40,000 scouts will make this event life changing for me. I will have the opportunity to meet other young people (14-17 yrs) from countries all across the world, experience their cultures first hand, share languages and life experience, and also, give something back to the community project that we will be helping in North America (watch this space to hear what the project will be).
I will be setting up stalls at various fetes and events across the seasons and have regular tuck shops at my dancing and theatre groups. I will be making a range of products to sell and offer my helpful hands to carry out chores and jobs. This page is just one element of my fundraising and whilst I cannot send a cupcake through the post, I would be grateful for any amount you are able to donate, no matter how small, because in this case - every penny counts!
Thank you for your support
