Sophie is My grandchild a Beautiful 5 year old,who has a Very Rare Terminal Genetic Disorder called (PKAN) We are trying to raise fund's to send Sophie her sister Abbie & Mum Stacey Hunt on a Magical holiday to Lapland (Finland) for Christmas. please take the time to google PKAN & read all about this & you can then see why it has to be this year - thank you to all X
