I've raised £200 to help a school in northern Zambia grow

In two weeks, six employees from Novicell are travelling down to Northern Star Academy in Zambia to assist the teachers at the school. We're fundraising to buy teaching equipment and bring it to the teachers and children in Zambia.
Novicell has chosen to support the Danish association Eventure with their project titled 'Project Zambia', which aims to build useful facilities in northern Zambia. The project includes the development of both a sports boarding school and a nursery.
What is the Northern Star Academy?
Northern Star Academy give young Zambians who have dropped out of the education system a second chance on the school bench and a proper push in the right direction.
Northern Star Academy is a boarding school that offers young people from the northern region of Zambia an educational year in a developing environment at a boarding school with a focus on sports. They give approximately 20 students a new home for a year with lots of chances to develop their future together with other peers. They offer free tuition, accommodation and hope that the stay at the Northern Star Academy can give the Zambian youth the desire to finish their schooling afterwards. With new qualifications and higher self-esteem, students are better equipped to complete high school when leaving school.
The school offer is targeted at the age group between 15 and 20 years old, as these classes are self-paid in Zambia. The system requires three payments per year, which means that more than 2/3 of Zambian school students drop out after the first seven years of schooling - simply because they cannot afford to continue. It is the most gifted of these students that we want to help at the Northern Star Academy to help stop the bad trend and instead help the young people further in the education system. They only include students who can complete high school and thus make a difference in their communities or broader contexts.
