Hi everyone,
The people of Tin Park Stables are holding a sponsored ride on the 11th of August to raise money for the NICU(neonatal intensive care unit) Derriford hospital Plymouth.
This is very close to our hearts as my daughter and friend of Tin Park Stables Jayde Burt needed their help back on 19th April 2018.
On 19th April Jayde was experiencing really bad pain while pregnant. Using her gut instinct and thank God not listening to anyone of us she took herself to the triage maternity. This is where she was rushed in to have an emergency c section as her placenta had ruptured and she was bleeding behind the rupture. This is when all the work started and they saved my daughter and my grandsons life.She was only 30 weeks pregnant.
Her son ,my grandson Sonny ,was born and Sonny was rushed off to NICU very poorly.For the next 2 mths NICU was Sonnys home.
Sonny is now 10 and half weeks old now and doing really well aswell as Jayde and their both home.
The staff who helped start to finish ,nurses ,surgeons, Drs, HCAs were totally outstanding and went above and beyond on that day and for the 2 mths Sonny was there.
We want to do this to say a massive thankyou from all of us as the work they all do is totally outstanding.
