my name is jade capell, i am 22 years i was born with a disability called cerebral palsy it affects my legs so this means i cannot walk very far, i used to be able to walk long distances now i can't this means i use a lightweight daychair all day everyday but the one i am using right now has outgrown me so i am looking for some funding to get a new chair becouse i sometimes find mine very uncomftable and it makes my foot spazums and also the chair i am useing is making me have bad posture
please help me get some funding
