Hi my name's Jake and I'm looking to raise money for my two brothers who are both autistic, my brothers love the outdoors and id live for them to be carefree and explore but this isn't a easy thought, I've found a team of people that specialise in taking people who are ill or incapable of taking care of themselves on nature walks though the local woods but the money we get mostly goes on them to keep them distracted and happy so id be over the moon if you could help in anyway possible by donating anything you can.
