I've raised £500 to cycle from Old Trafford to Hanley Town FC to help raise money for an organisation called Men Unite.co

On the 1st of August myself, Daz, Jack, Joe, Brad, Andy, Harry, Tom, Henry, Connor J and Conor C will be attempting to cycle from Old Trafford to the Bet 365 stadium and finally finishing at Hanley Town FC with 8 other stadium stops inbetween. All to Raise money and awareness for a local organisation called Men Unite.
Men Unite specialize in helping men with mental health issues. These are very hard times at the moment making it more difficult to speak out.
Here’s a few links about our amazing group Men Unite, we’re a men’s mental health organisation and we help with everything from suppling food parcels , help with CV’s & job search’s or help with more complex and professional needs such as appointments with therapists and counselling sessions , we can actually offer these quicker than our NHS who are under immense pressure right now .
Our hub/drop in centre is open 10am-3pm Monday to Friday and on a Wednesday 6pm/8-pm we’re based at Hanley Town FC’s football ground.
Please feel free to share this email far & wide and help us reach as many men as possible , the statistics on male suicide are harrowing . One man takes his life every two hours in the UK (90 men each week) the devastating ripple effect this has on loved ones and family & friends is terrible .
We aim to help lower these stats and hope with your help we can do just that .
