I'm Jake Steers, operations director at Reciprocal Solutions and I'm taking part in an Olympic Distance Triathlon in Chester on 13th June to raise funds for The Inclusive Hub in Liverpool. This is our chosen local charity and we want to be able to support all the great things they do. The Inclusive Hub empowers people of all ages and abilities through its inclusive fitness, boxing and education sessions and supports those with Downs Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, amputees, wheelchair users and other behavioural and mental health needs. This is the first fundraising we are doing for this great Liverpool charity ran by Liam and Ged Starkey. We have seen first hand how this club helps young people like my sister Jessica. who has massively benefitted since attending the fitness and boxing sessions.
