I've raised £4000 to Jake's journey to recovery

Jake Lee is a very special 16 year old teenager, he has the kindest heart, and was an avid and dedicated footballer aiming towards being scouted.
On January 28th 2019 Jake was diagnosed with a brain tumour, for which he had to have emergency surgery at Great Ormond Strreet Hospital. The surgery led to him having a seizure, which led to paralysis down the left side of his body. Jake is slowly recovering from his paralysis. Due to the complications Jake and his mum are still in hospital 4 months later, and are not able to return home as their accommodation is not suitable for a wheelchair and will need to be re-homed.
He is unable to take his GCSE's this year. Throughout all this Jake is managing to keep a smile on his face and is focusing on staying positive to make it back onto the football pitch.
Jake has undergone radiotherapy, and has now started a year long chemotherapy treatment plan. He is awaiting for a bed at a rehabilitation unit, where we are all praying he will make a full recovery.
Please help us raise funds to support Jake and his mum on Jake's Journey to Recovery and a new home. We would also like Jake and His mum Bal to have a well deserved holiday.
Thanks you in advance for your donations, and please don't forget to leave a message for Jake.
