On April 22nd this year I will be running my first (and last!) London Marathon, I would really appreciate your support in raising money for New Leaf Triangle:-

New Leaf Triangle is a Community Interest Company (cic)  - not for profit, that provides a fun, supportive, stress-free, natural learning environment to help individuals  of all ages  to  ‘grow’ and cope with life’s challenges. At New Leaf we use positive approaches including building on individuals strengths and creating positive relationships and emotions, all of which promote happiness, well-being and self-belief.

They meet the needs of children, young people and adults with autism, learning difficulties, ADHD,  social emotional and behavioural difficulties, and a wide range of mental health conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder and dementia.

Those who know me best will know that I am renowned more for Marathon drinking sessions than any form running, so please embrace my suffering and give generously whilst I give up the kebabs, moderate my drinking and pound the pavements in order to raise money for a very worthy cause which is close to my heart!
