Story

We are raising £2,000 or as much as we can toward that target to support the Man v Fat (MvF) Glasgow football team as we prepare to compete in the MvF National Tournament in Manchester.

Our team is made up of 12 players who came together through the Man v Fat programme — a community‑based initiative that helps men improve their physical health, mental wellbeing, and confidence through football, weight‑loss support, and genuine social connection.

This tournament is a huge achievement for us, and the funds raised will go towards:

🚌 Minibus travel from Glasgow to Manchester and back

👕 New team kits so we can represent our club proudly and professionally on the national stage

Man v Fat Glasgow is about far more than football. It’s about breaking down stigma around men’s mental health, supporting positive lifestyle change, and giving people a sense of belonging. Taking part in this tournament shows what can be achieved with the right support.

Any contribution — no matter the size — will help us get there and means more than you know.

Thank you so much for reading, supporting, and being part of our journey ❤️
