I will start of about me, if your going to fund this venture, then it is only fair you have a say and know who exactly is behind this.

My names James Durham I'm 26 a father and ambitious to help other people, I am working on a Zero Hour contract, It is destroying this Country (uk) I started working at 17, I have been in and out of work so many jobs.

The climate of today is hard! People can not get jobs, I want to create a NONE PROFIT Organisation, A recycling firm and when it is fully established Reach out to other parts of the country, and branch out.

I want to be able to offer people jobs, where if they have kids, they can NEGOTIATE hours and pay ect, Help people who just cant get that lucky break, help people rehabilitate into work life, give people the chance to get qualifications they need, yes I know we can not help everyone but the more this venture makes the more jobs it can offer.

The main product will be to recycle uPvc windows and doors, and do metal collections. The company can grow rapidly but if we take it slow after the first year the over heads will be covered and gradually into the second year open up a new site with more jobs.

This venture will be aiming to help those who can not get into work, due to childcare, experience, qualifications, disability or just plain old bad luck.

The company will be there for the benifet of the general public great aspirsations need to be controlled, I believe I have everything it takes to make this work
