I'm raising £500 for Alzheimer Cafe Isle of Wight by running in the 2025 Great South Run in October.

I lost my Mum in 2021 to early-onset dementia and Alzheimers. As a family, we quickly found there was a huge lack of support locally for both the individual with Alzheimers and the family. I am glad to support this charity as it means that other people will be able to access this organisation and the incredibly valuable work it does.
