Story

I have decided that it is time to give back to two organisations that have helped my family greatly over the past few years by running in the Manchester half Marathon on the 15th of October to raise money for them. I would greatly appreciate it if you would support me and my efforts!

Manchester Chinese Christian Church started in 1966 as a student group for bible studies. Now, more than 50 years later it has grown to a full church of seven congregations, split between English, Cantonese and Mandarin. We are looking for a property in or near Chinatown in Manchester to be a base of our social, educational and ecumenical projects.

Canon Slade Association is an organisation of parents, staff, governors, ex-pupils and friends who come together to support the school, with their primary aims being to support the school staff, students and parents by acting as a link between parents and school and by arranging events which bring together parents, staff and children in an informal atmosphere.

If you do not want to donate to a specific charity then your donation will be divided between the two projects.
