In December 2024 I heard the most devastating news any parent could imagine about a fellow football players daughter.

His little girl Sophie who is 19 months old was diagnosed with a rare, incurable genetic condition called Battens Disease (CLN1).

Sadly this disease is life limiting & Keith made the decision to step back from his position as 1st team coach at Clach to focus on making memories with Sophie & his family.

I am running this years Inverness 1/2 Marathon for “Sophie’s Story” & all the money raised will go towards helping Keith & his family to make those memories with Sophie 🌟
