I am 22 years old, studying music at university in Argentina.

I’ve been accepted on the Youth for Christ "YFC One" gap year programme to be the drummer in their touring band "The Sense" which also travels with "The Stance" dance group. We will be visiting schools and doing voluntary concerts in Britain and Europe.

This will be a great opportunity to serve God and grow in my own Christian experience. It’s a tremendous challenge as I have never been out of Argentina!

I need £3,500 to cover the 11 months from Sept 2017 to August 2018.

This money does not go to YFC, its for my personal support.

During the gap year I will not be able to work as it's a full time volunteered position, so the money will be used for personal items and day to day costs, most meals and accommodation is covered by a family that will host me, but everything else is up to me, from so I am looking for individuals, worship bands and churches willing to sponsor me.

It's not easy for me to ask for money from people who don't know me and I am sure you will realise the exchange rate from pesos to pounds makes it really difficult for us to raise all the necessary funding here in Argentina
