Ill be completing the Lake District ultra 100km challenge. I'm raising £500 for MNDA who do an amazing job supporting those living with and affected by motor neurones. It will also assist Paul with aids & home improvements to enhance accessibility & independence. Sadly this disease is more common than we may think. My mate Paul is the 2nd person I know to have been diagnosed. I've been mates with Paul since we started high school in 1991. So pleased and proud the friendship (and the other boys in the photo) is so fresh after all these years. Just want to do my bit to support my pal and his fantastic loving family, his wife Beth and children, Maggie & Eric
