I've raised £100 to Please sponsor me to do the 80ft Abseil Challenge to get me to the World Scout Jamboree

On Sunday 2nd October I will be taking on the 80ft abseil fundraising challenge to help raise funds for my trip to the World Scout Jamboree in South Korea. Any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated.
Back in October 2021 I applied to attend the 25th World Scout Jamboree, which is to be held for 3 weeks in South Korea in August 2023.
I was very lucky to be invited, along with 126 other young people from Staffordshire, aged between 12 and 16, to attend a selection camp weekend where the leaders had planned a weekend packed of varying activities including, cooking, pioneering, and team building activities
From that selection weekend i was very fortunate to be 1 of only 36 young people from Staffordshire to be chosen to attend the Jamboree. I will be representing my group, 1st Cheddleton, Moorlands District Scouts, Staffordshire and the UK.
I have been in scouting for many years. I started out as a Beaver Scout at the age of 6, continued onto Cubs and i'm now enjoying my time in Scouts. I have achieved my Chief Scout Bronze and Silver Awards and am working towards my Gold Award. During my scouting journey I have been support by many wonderful leaders and adults in several group in the Moorlands District, to which I am very grateful for the opportunities they have given me to gain my scouting skills.
The World Scout Jamboree is a gathering of Scouts and Guides from all over the world for an exciting programme of global development, peace, cultural understanding, adventure, friendship and fun. They are usually held on a 4 yearly cycle and move around the world. To date every continent except Africa and Antarctica has hosted the WSJ.
It will be a fantastic, once in a lifetime opportunity, to take part in so many activities, learn about other cultures and gain skills for life. Some of the programme includes zones, Scouting for Life, Smart & Scientific, Safe & Secured and Sustainability.
I am looking forward to the challenges ahead of me, especially taking part in all cultural learning and activities, gaining new skills and making new friends.
I will be running lots of fundraising activities to help me reach my goal, including a sponsored abseil from an 80ft bridge.
