Story
We are supporting Zoe's Place Baby Hospice, Coventry. Myself and partner Katie are expecting our baby in January and after visiting the Hospice earlier in the year following a teddy bears picnic event fundraiser it became clear we needed to do something special this Christmas within our pub. The Hospice is a wonderful place which welcomes very poorly babies and toddlers into a safe haven with around the clock care from some very very special and caring professionals, also it gives support to the families who unfortunately may spend their last days with their children in the Hospice itself. Last year The Griffin Inn, Nuneaton managed to raise £2500 for Zoe's Place and also Abbie's Hideaway through our Christmas Raffle. This year we are looking to break this target with the money raised being doubled by our company. We will be selling raffle tickets directly in the pub and also via justgiving if you can't make it into us directly. We will be posting our raffle tickets to anybody who makes a donation to this amazing and special cause. The raffle will launch officially on December 1st at 5pm and will be opened by the Mayor of Nuneaton & Bedworth and winners will be announced on December 23rd so will hopefully make a lot of people's Christmas extra special this year. I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to read this and hope you can help us with this fantastic cause.
