    Story

    James Logan.

On Christmas Eve, following an accident in his house, James (Yup) Logan passed away at the tragically young age of 35. James was an immensely popular guy around the Viewpark and Tannochside area of Uddingston and will be sorely missed by all fortunate enough to have known him.

He was a devoted family man to his wife Charlene and is survived by their daughter Lori (5). This page is for the benefit of Charlene and Lori to help, at a difficult time, with any unscheduled costs and to enable people who knew James to express their condolences. Charlene and Lori were James' world.

James was a kind hearted person who always had a smile on his face, he literally lit up the room whenever he entered. He was always the first with a song and a joke - specifically on the James Connolly Johnstone CSC bus, of which he has been a member for many years. He loved nothing more than to spend time with his loved ones and friends, travel on family holidays and follow Celtic at home and in Europe.

I would like to thank James for everything he gave to us, the good times and memories will live with us forever. James will be in our hearts and thoughts for ever more and our world will simply not be the same without him.

You'll never walk alone Yup x.

This page is organised by the convieners of the James Connolly Johnstone Celtic supporters club Birkenshaw (Andrew Gannon and David Bradley) and all money raised will go directly to Charlene and Lori.

Just noticed this page, wish I had seen it earlier. James was a brilliant guy, one of the best employees I had at KFIS and someone who became a great friend through our mutual love of Celtic. GBNF

Although I hadn't seen you in a while James, you were a good friend of old and we were so sorry to hear of this tragedy. RIP James. YNWA.
