Story
Our beautiful boy James was in PICU at the RVI from 26th - 29th June, until he passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.

During our stay the nurses and staff made him so comfortable and loved. We were able to paint windows, do arts and crafts with him, stick stickers on everything, read stories and then were presented with a beautiful memory box that we will cherish forever.

we were also able to use the facilities of Crawford House based on the hospital grounds. This facility is free for families, it costs around £40 in donations for a night.
I want to give something back on behalf of our gorgeous little boy, who would want to do the same, as he was so kind and caring and would want the other children and families to experience the same. So far we have managed to raised £7475.53 through just giving, a sponsored walk from Souter Lighthouse to Wapping Street, in the hope it gives something towards helping someone else in their time of need and hope to raise more in the near and continued future.

Please take a moment to donate a penny or a pound towards making someone elses experience easier in such hard times.
