Weʼve raised £240 to Help fund towards a much needed family holiday to spain in October this year as anything could change with Sarah's heart failure conditions

    Story

Hi I'm trying to raise some funds to take my wife Sarah on a break away in the UK as i feel she deserves it as she is terminally ill. She was diagnosed in April 2018 with dilated cardiomyopathy which is stage 4 heart failure and 4 blood clots. 2 on each of her lungs. She's on various different medications to keep her heart pumping and she now needs an ICD fitted incase her heart stops beating so this will shock her back to life. This isn't a cure she is going to need a heart transplant and is waiting on specialists in liverpool and withenshaw about the next part of her journey. We have 4 kids and i have had to hand in my resignation for my full time job to become my wifes carer. Anybody wishing to donate to our family holiday please do so on this page. Every donation of any kind will be greatly appreciated and will help towards making memories

We as a family have decided to book a holiday to Spain for October of this year instead of next year. This is because we just don't know from one day to the next how Sarah's condition is going to be affected. So we want to make memories as a family and sarah wants to swim with the dolphins or at least have a photo with one so that she can tick it off her bucket list

Sarah's heart failure nurses tried to get her onto the higher dosage of entresto to help with her heart but unfortunately her body couldn't tolerate the middle dosage, let alone the highest. She's had bad dizzy spells and feeling like she's going to blackout, being sick so has had to go back down to the lower dosage that she was on
