Hi I'm trying to raise some funds to take my wife Sarah on a break away in the UK as i feel she deserves it as she is terminally ill. She was diagnosed in April 2018 with dilated cardiomyopathy which is stage 4 heart failure and 4 blood clots. 2 on each of her lungs. She's on various different medications to keep her heart pumping and she now needs an ICD fitted incase her heart stops beating so this will shock her back to life. This isn't a cure she is going to need a heart transplant and is waiting on specialists in liverpool and withenshaw about the next part of her journey. We have 4 kids and i have had to hand in my resignation for my full time job to become my wifes carer. Anybody wishing to donate to our family holiday please do so on this page.
