i was given a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and cfs which is a chronic pain disorder and chronic fatigue i suffer with day to day thing walking bathing cleaning eating etc and i have had to come out of work as i can not walk with out support being only 27 this has hit us all very hard and we are struggling to get help with funding i need a car to get to hospital doctors etc as i cant drive and no longer have my car so my wife and carer need help to help me please find it in your selfs to help every little helps thank you for reading
