Story
Jamie Lawrence is a former professional footballer having played in the Premier League with Bradford City and in World Cup campaigns for his country Jamaica.
He is now a role model to many as he works tirelessly supporting current and former prisoners as well as many youngsters all around the UK through his academy.
Jamie is also a personal trainer to many current professional footballers and makes no excuses for his innovative 'Captain Pain' workshops! However, on Saturday 30th May, Jamie is holding a very special one hour work out on his Facebook page to raise money to support a charities very close to his heart namely the Bradford Burns Unit and local NHS Trusts.
The session will be LIVE at 10am -11.30 am and will last one hour with time either side for warm up and cool down and questions.
Don't worry about your fitness level as the session will be interactive and open to Kids, beginners, intermediate level gym goers and all the way up to hardcore fitness fanatics. All we are asking if for donations of at least £2 so that anyone can join in and feel welcome. A normal session like this would cost £30-50 so it would be great if we can get hundreds of people joining in.
