my name is Jamie Davidson I'm 30 and have GAD. mental health. generalised anxiety disorder. my life changed about three years ago when I got into a serouse accident, and had to rebuild my life. with the help of step anxiety management and some physio as my balance was off due to fracturing my skull!! so memorie and balance can be good or bad. this is only a small part of this vast area of mental health that is still suffering neglect my idea is to have a studio, that is aimed at music and light. to help ease the stress and tension this issue causes with this a little money is needed to help me kick start this project so am not asking for a lot. just want ever you can give to help this idea come to life. I have 21 years experience in music and found that thought writing music and producing and profoming I was able to offload the negative confusing energy, this we call fight or flyt!! if taught this can be harnessed so my job is to teach them too channel this burst of adrenalin and use it in music,writing ,& light sensory. let me have this opportunity to put my skills to action and help raise awareness in this issue that seems to be getting worse and help get the people back outside socializing or working thank you people so much let's tackle this quickly so I can help!) asap yours truly jamie-lee 😚😘😗
