CHARMS is a unique charity based in Springfield, Chelmsford. CHARMS is an independent Health and Social Care Provider and a registered charity dedicated to helping and supporting people in Essex and surrounding counties who suffer from MS (Multiple Sclerosis), ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), CP (Cerebral Palsy) strokes or other neurological disorders. More recently we have opened up our service to people with cancer (hbot is recommended by MacMillan Nurses - www.macmillan.org.uk); hbot is also available for parents who have children with neurological disorders or acquired brain injuries.

There is no known cure for most of the illnesses we aim to help, so working in conjunction with their medical specialists and with their GP's consent, it is our aim to provide sufferers with relief from their symptoms and to give what assistance we can to making their lives more bearable.
