Story
We are a respite facikiry for children and young people with complex disabilities. Park facilities are limited for our children and young people who have wheelchairs. Swinging gives children joy and the physical benefits of swinging, as well as letting children use their imagination. Swinging is an excellent source of vestibular input used in sensory integration therapy for children with sensory processing disorders. It can also help to develop gross motor skills including balance and co ordination as well as fine motor skills such as gripping.
At Linden Brook we strive to provide the best facilities for our children so they can experience what most children take for granted. Please help us to help them and get our swing. Thank you
