Story

My wonderful husband Tony has recently been diagnosed with Huntingtons Disease. It is a condition that affects everyday tasks as his coordination, speech, movement and concentration among various other symptoms too many to list are affected. This has meant he has had to retire for want of a better phrase at 55 years young. He was a delivery driver therefore his conditioned made it impossible to continue. Been at home all day can be so tedious and monotonous for him. We only has a small garden but I would love to do a make over on it with a possible ramp to enable him to get in and out to the garden easier. Just been able to maybe grow a few flowers maybe a little veg will help keep his brain active which will help immensely. I have no idea how long he will be as he is now before he begins to deteriorate and every day pleasure are no more. any amount no matter how small would be appreciated as we now only have my wage and his benefits to manage on. Trying to save is virtually impossible hence this page. Many thanks for reading our story. Jane & Tony
