My name is Janet and I am going to swim 100 lengths (1.55 miles) of my local pool on 11th October to raise funds for The Spectrum Project and Daz's Rock for Charity.

The money raised will be divided equally between the two charities to change the lives of children and adults with specific needs.

The Spectrum Project money will go towards setting up The Bristol Wheelchair Rugby teams.

Daz's Rock for Charity will provide equipment and/or treatment forsomeone who has special needs or treatment. Daz's past projects have provided items like braille equipment and funds for treatments for children.
